Code of Ethics

In this agreement, reference to “I” or “my” and similar words means the Tarot Reader, and reference to “you” means the Client. Client and Tarot Reader herein referred to as “Parties” or individually as the “Party”), and includes that Party's successors and assigns.

Everyone is welcome here; I will respect you regardless of your sexual orientation, gender identity, racial identity, ethnicity, cultural identification, religion, beliefs, physical ability, socioeconomic status, social class, age, etc. Anyone under the age of 16 needs parental consent prior to accessing my services. Please note that I am not a psychic medium. If you require these services particularly, I may direct you to an ethical and professional medium.

I will:

Enable clients to claim their power to build the life they've always dreamed by empowering them to make positive life adjustments to attain their goals.
Present the truthful communication of the cards and will not promote false hope or empty promises.
Always conduct readings with compassion and without judgment.
Assist customers in gaining a greater understanding of their particular circumstances and provide direction and insight, but I do not make definitive predictions.
Hold the client information in strict confidence; your information will not be shared to third parties.

I will not:

Convey messages of death, curses, or falsely negative or harmful situations.
Address concerns regarding timing or when something may occur. I believe in free will, that the future is in a perpetual state of flux, and that each option either moves the Client closer to their objective or further away from it.
Provide guidance on financial matters, medical conditions, or legal matters. Readings may include tarot cards, breathwork, meditations, journaling, and coaching.
Read for third parties (e.g., will he call me back?) due to the protection of others' privacy. Whenever possible, I will modify the question so that the reading focuses on information directly relevant to the Client.
Predict the Lotto numbers.
Invoke or remove spells or curses.

Indemnification. The Client shall indemnify and hold the Tarot Reader harmless from any loss, damage or liability arising from this Agreement. In the event the Tarot Reader is held liable for any such loss, such liability shall be limited to a refund of payments made by the Client for the services.

Liability. You acknowledge and take full responsibility for your life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of your family (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after the Tarot reading. In furtherance and not in limitation of the foregoing, you hereby and forever waive, release and discharge me, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, officers, agents, employees, representatives, executors and all others acting on my behalf (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims or liabilities for injuries or damages to your person and/or property or that of your family (where applicable), including those caused by negligent act or omission herein.

No Guarantee: The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that Tarot Reader cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered by Tarot Reader. Rather, Tarot Reader shall conduct its operations and provide its services in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Tarot Reader will use its best efforts and does not promise results.
